  Matched other retailers for sales, but in terms of after-sales then Dempseys leaves a lot to be desired. I was confronted by a very rude lady on the phone who was not willing to engage with me on an item they had supplied which was now faulty, nor was she aware of their legal responsibilities as a retailer. Two weeks later I am still awaiting her return phone call. Unfortunately as someone running a small business, I cannot afford to wait this length of time and then not hear anything. I like to support local independent retailers. However, with attitudes like those I have seen here, this is one business I will be avoiding and taking on board what various people in Portstewart have said on the subject!
